Previously Existing Account
If this is the first time you are signing in to Seasoned, it's possible you are using an email that is tied to a previously existing account. This typically happens when two managers of the same store use the same restaurant email. If you try creating an account with a restaurant email and receive an error message, this means a previous user of Seasoned has used this email to create their account.

If the previous user is no longer affiliated to your restaurant and you now have primary access to the restaurant email's inbox, you can always reset the password and gain access.
If you aren't receiving the Reset Password email, please check your spam or junk folders.
